Measure Your Chronic Stress Load
Calculate your Chronic Stress Load (CSL) score based on allostatic load biomarkers. Understand how cumulative physiological stress affects your body and identify areas for improvement.
Comprehensive Assessment
Evaluates 8 core biomarkers including metabolic, inflammatory, and cardiovascular indicators to create a holistic stress picture.
Scientific Methodology
Based on allostatic load research, each biomarker is scored against clinical thresholds derived from peer-reviewed studies.

About the CSL Score
What is Chronic Stress Load?
Chronic Stress Load (CSL) measures the cumulative "wear and tear" on your body from sustained physiological stress. It's based on the concept of allostatic load, which reflects how well your body adapts to stress over time through multiple biological systems.
How to Interpret Your Score
Your CSL score ranges from 0-100. Lower scores (0-24) indicate low chronic stress with most biomarkers in optimal ranges. Higher scores suggest increased physiological burden. Each biomarker contributes 0, 0.5, or 1 point based on clinical thresholds.
You'll need values from your blood test results including:
BMI, HbA1c, Total Cholesterol, HDL-C, hsCRP, Albumin, and eGFR.
Optional: Cortisol, IL-6, MCP-1, and Blood Pressure for a more comprehensive assessment.
